Wesley Snipes has been a bad boy and was charged with tax fraud last week for allegedly failing to submit tax returns and for filing false tax returns and fraudulently trying to claim $12M in tax refunds!

An usual pair have been spotted stepping out together of late. And not as a couple (well I'm assuming not). It appears that Lindsay Lohans new best friend is Rumer Willis/Moore (whose last name did she keep???). The 18 yr old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore and her new BFF Rumer have been hitting the town in the past weeks.
