Tom Cruise dot com.

All I wanted was to have my own Facebook page, but nooooooo......that's not good enough for you Tom, you have to go one better don't you?
Well, finally I can get on to Orble again. For some reason every time I've tried to get on to my site in the last 2 days it's shut down my internet..............so my pc is a literary critic now??? Crikey, everyone's got an opinion don't they?
Anyway, that's not the point of this post........
For all you Tom Cruise fans out there (yes, I'm speaking to the two sad souls in the corner who don't think that Tom is in serious need of therapy....), after 25 years in the business, Tom Cruise has finally launched his official website tomcruise.com.
You can go visit Tom on his site and read a personal message from him, or search back through his biography and filmography. Yes my friends, there's hours of fun to be had at TomCruise.com. You can even take a look at a whole gallery of Tom Cruise pictures on the site.........though weirdly I can't seem to find any photo's or mention of Tom's last appearance on Oprah. Surely he'd want to share that with all of us?????
Here's Tom's personal message to his fans :
It is almost impossible for me to believe that I am celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the release of Risky Business, my first starring role in a film. In celebration of this occasion, and my 27 years of making movies, I created this site as a thank you, to you, for sharing the journey with me and to invite you to continue to explore what the future will bring.
I love movies. I love making them. I love watching them. I enjoy settling down in my seat in a theater, my popcorn and soda in hand and escaping in to the world before me on that big screen.
I have has the privilege of living my dream from the time I was a young boy: to make movies that will entertain, enlighten, scare, make you laugh or cry or have you sitting on the edge of your seat. Whatever the experience, I wanted to be a part of creating that for others.
I have had the great pleasure of working with many of the greatest artists and filmmakers of my time. There are so many more stories to be told, so many artists I look foward to working with and those I cannot wait to work with again.
My hope with this site is to bring you in and share with you the fun I experience every day during the filmmaking process, from working on the script, to the making of the film through to what we finally see when we settle into our seats and the lights go down.
This is for you. Enjoy!
With love and appreciation.
Ahhhhh......isn't that just too sweet? And Tom must have spent ages on writing this personal message. You can't even tell he has dyslexia when you read this? Wow, Scientology really IS the cure for everything!

Holy cow, what happened to his wife in that picture? She looks like she's got "You just don't listen" bruises around her eyes..

We all have our little foibles to deal with, and the cruise fella ain't one of them Kylie, but I do admire his couching technique.
