Paul McCartneys Divorce Gets Ugly

October 19th 2006 00:30
This divorce proceedings of Paul McCartney and Heather Mills was always going to get ugly. No pre-nup and Sir McCartney's $1.5 BILLION dollar fortune on the line, you knew that neither party was going to play fair.

And Round 1 has just begun.

When Paul McCartney first filed for divorce he cited Heathers unreasonable behaviour as the grounds for divorce, claiming that she was argumentative and rude to staff. At the time, Heather's people refused to publicly comment on the cliams, saying that she wanted the divorce handled discreetly.

It would appear that Heathers camp have gotten over their desire for a discreet divorce.

In Heather's divorce papers, which have been leaked to British newspapers, she claims that, amongst other things:
- Paul stabbed her in the arm with a broken wine glass
- Tried to choke her
- Insisted she cook for him every night, even when she was on crutches with a broken pelvic plate.
- Pushed her into a bath when she was pregnant
- Paul refused to ler her have an antique bed pan under their bed to save her having to crawl to the bathroom at night.

You can read the divorce papers here.

Sir Paul McCartneys lawyers have said that he will defend himself, but not in the press. His lawyers also state that Paul hasn't made public comments about the divorce to date as he believed it was best for all concerned that there was some dignity to the proceedings.

Is it true? Do you think Sir Paul did these things? Is Heather just hoping to play the sympathy card to try and her hands on a bigger share of that $1.5 Billion? Who knows? Stay tuned, I think this divorce is going to get real ugly real quickly.

I love where it says that they 'wanted to keep some dignity to the proceedings.'

Honestly, I think it's a bit late for that....

Yes, it would appear that dignity has already gone out the window!

I don't want to take sides since I don't know what really happened between those two. I think it's just sad that the whole affair has turned into a circus and the media aren't much help. Everyone who's even remotely associated with Paul or Heather are pitching in their two cents' worth about whose fault it is. To tell you the truth, I'm actually getting fed up with the whole thing and the news coverage it's been getting.

I think that heather mills is framing paul because all she wants is his money plus she is a freakin porn star anyway so why the hell is she being all f**king innocent? paul needs to get rid of this porn star bitch and get someone who truly loves him for him and not his money or fame.
