On the front page of the Herald Sun's website today they're reporting the shocking news that Paris Hilton and best friend (today anyway) left Sydney with 12 pieces of luggage between them!!
Wow, now is that a newstory or what?? I must say, I LOVE the Herald Sun. They don't let little things like fact and integrity get in the way of a good story......for gods sake, I write a celebrity gossip blog, I'm obviously not going to read a proper newspaper like The Australian. Take a look at their website. They don't even have a celebrity/entertainment section!!
Sure, Paris and Kim were only in Sydney for 6 days, so 12 bags of luggage possibly is a touch excessive......but you know, like, they have an image to maintain. They're like, 'so hot' right now. They can't possibly be seen in the same outfit for more than a few hours.
According to the Herald Sun, Paris would be likely to have paid more than $600 in excess baggage charges. Given that Paris paid more than 4 times that amountfor lunch for herself and Brandon Davis a few weeks ago, I don't think she would have worried about forking out for the baggage.
Ahhh, lifestyles of the young and vapid. Ain't it grand!
