Impersonating Audrey Hepburn won't get you out of jail time Nicole!
Nicole can choose where she serves her jail time. She's been given the option of serving her 4 days in either a city or county jail and she has until September 28 to serve her sentence.
Nicole was also sentenced to 3 years probation. Should she violate her probation she'll serve 1 yr in jail.
Man, Paris Hilton was driving on a suspended licence without any drugs or alcohol in her system and got 45 days (served 23). Nicole was driving the wrong way down the highway high on Vicodin and marijuana and gets 4 days. See how much happier judges are when you turn up to your hearing on time (Paris was 20 mins late) and admit that you'd done the wrong thing.
I'm sure that the drugs and alcohol program that Nicole has to do won't be at all wasted on her. I'm sure it'll be just as successful as Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears attempts at rehab were. Ooops, I mean as successful Mel Gibson's attempts at rehab over the years. No, actually I'm sure I mean, as successful as Daniel Baldwin's attempts at rehab. Yeah, definitely Daniel Baldwin. I mean seriously, unless they tell Nicole that taking drugs and drinking alcohol will make her put on weight, she ain't giving up!!

I hope that impending motherhood might encourage her to walke the straight and narrow (unlike Britney). These spoiled socialites are so irritating. At least she did not bring her little dog to court!

You'd like to think it might give her a wake up call and make her sort herself out. But if she's anything like Britney and co, she won't.
Must say, she did look good heading to court. The Audrey Hepburn look does suit her.
