Nicole Ritchie's Trial Delayed Again

Send her to prison!!!!!!!!

Nicole Ritchie has lucked out and managed to get her trial for her DUI charged delayed once again.

Ritchie's lawyer told the judge that their expert witness Dr Terence McGee was unavailable to testify. McGee will apparently question the reliability of the urine testing that Nicole was subjected to.

Not sure how they're going to explain the fact that Nicole admitted to her arresting officers that she'd taken Vicodin and been smoking marijuana??

Nicole's trial will now take place in August. At which time the question of whether she is pregnant or not will surely be answered. If she is, you can be sure that she'll be using it to weasel her way out of jail time.

I say, send her to prison!!!!!!!!!!!

Send her to prison and listen to her lie to Larry King about taking pot and possibly write a book on how she survived her jail term and although it was such a harrowing experience, it was a blessing in disguise as she'd learnt so much on how to be a better person...maybe she and her pal can do the next season of Simple Life behind bars.

It's the making money part that I find so contemptable. They can do all the crappy stupid things they want, yep the paps will follow them (they can't completely control that-they encourage them tho), I don't care. But when they make more money which they don't f-ing need from their selfish actions, it gets disgusting..
