Nicole Richie's DUI Trial Delayed

Nicole Richie who was due to go to trial for charges of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol on June 25, has won a 2 week postponement of her trial.

Her new trial date has been set for July 11. Nicole was charged back in December last year after driving down the highway the wrong way! At the time, she admitted to the police that she had taken Vicodin and smoked marijuana before driving.

Because Nicole already has a prior DUI conviction, if she's found guilty, she could face up to 90 days in prison.

~~Skeletor~~ Nicole must be shitting bricks (to put it nicely) after seeing Paris sentenced to prison!!! I mean personally, I think Nicole should be locked up for being an absolute waste of a human being.........but I'd be just as happy if she ends up going to the big house for DUI. Whatever it takes.

Isnt she supposed to be pregnant too? I didnt know you could get your period and concieve when you were so underweight.

There are rumours she's pregnant and that she's hoping that will save her from jail time. I say, it's doubtful that someone that underweight would be able to conceive.....but hey, maybe I'll be proven wrong!!

She did absolutely nothing to become famous. She got The Simple Life because she was Paris' best friend. She's famous simply for being famous.....she has no talents (see, I don't feel so bad being a bitch

famous for being famous......love it ......... PR machine babies, amazing how famous you can become if you have a big enough cheque book.........and an eating disorder and a drug problem...... i guess, those headlines are free.......

As for the Ksubi skinny jeans party, don't get me started, they think they are trend setters but Melbourne School kids were wearing those 4 years ago and they have a reason to be 45kgs.......I think it bad for my health thinking about these girls...why oh why do i Care??????????
