It takes a lot of vodka before ass-less jeans seem stylish
Michelle was sentenced to 180 days (or close enough to 6 months) jail time for violating her probation for previous offenses! In 2004 Michelle pleaded no contest (or guilty) to 3 traffic offenses, including a hit and run and drink driving. Michelle admitted that she did not complete her community service, even though she'd signed documentation saying that she did do it. Liar, liar pants on fire!!!
Seems like Michelle also consumed alcohol 3 times while wearing an alcohol monitoring bracelet, which was a violation of her parole conditions, that she refrain from drinking at all for 90 days. C'mon Michelle, you need to take a leaf out of Lindsay's book. Rule 1....if you have to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet, make sure that you stick to Class A drugs instead. Lindsay recommends high grade quality Colombian cocaine. The blow of choice for young Hollywood train wrecks.
This won't be Rodriguez's first stint in prison. In 2006, she served 5 days in jail for another separate drink driving offense.
Christ Michelle.....what is it? You like prison or something? What? You're not making enough cash these days to get a f**king taxi home from the bar? I don't claim to be a rocket scientist or anything (I prefer to be called a nuclear physicist actually....if you all could remember that) but you know, I'd like to think that if I was dumb enough to drink and drive, after actually hitting another person while driving loaded that from then on I'd choose to get a cab home whenever I decided to see if I could drink my body weight in vodka.
Mind you, I don't see Michelle crying as she enters prison, a la Paris Hilton. I see it taking about 12 guards with tasers and batons to subdue her. And within a week, Big Bertha....the former King of the prison (and no, I really don't mean Queen) would be Michelle's bitch. Bertha'd be missing an eye and no longer have the use of her right arm. But that's what happens when you try to strong-arm Michelle.........
Maximum Celebrity Prison is looking more and more feasible as the days go by. I'm off to put together my concept board for the show now.

oh and not condoning her behaviour whilst on probabtion but that Photo is from an unmistakable Bar in New york (unless there is another where you are encouraged to get drunk and throw your Bra behind the bar) and there is someone always dancing on the Bar, in fact the bar staff lift you up there ..........I highly recommend it if you want to have the NY party night you always dreamed of....So she can probably be excused a little for that sot.....

Louie - I like Michelle too. No buying into the hollywood bullshit. Though she needs to learn to stay the fuck away from her car when she goes drinking.
And by they way, in case you didn't know, I think also the reason Kylie didn't give a shit that Michelle was hanging out with Ollie is cos Michelle is also a lesbian. I'm pretty sure she was outed by Kristen someone....the blonde Terminator when they were seeing each other.

Stanley - you and most of the male population. But I'm surprised that Joe whathisname....the dude that does Girls Gone Wild (and who is also currently in jail) hasn't had his people working on a Girls Gone Wild - Prison version.
Mrs M - it annoys me that when people get done for drink driving. And it really annoys me when someone does it multiple times. Get a cab!!!
