She's Innocent I Tell You! Innocent
According to Lindsay's family, Lindsay was just trying to do a 'good thing'! Lindsay's uncle told The Post, that Lindsay's former assistant (who Lindsay was chasing in her car) "is a problem individual and Lindsay was trying to help her out".
Lindsay's uncle went on to say that Lindsay "may well have not been driving the car. This girl and her mother are letting Lindsay take the fall". Okay, sure I might possibly buy that. I mean when Lindsay was arrested, she was supposedly arguing with her former assistant and her assistant's mum in a parking lot. So I suppose it's within the realm of possibility that the assistant and her mother conspired to make it seem like Lindsay was actually driving when in fact it was the assistant who was driving the car with Lindsay in it.....chasing her mum, while her mum called 911 to make it seem like she was in danger from Lindsay who was chasing her in a car (though it was really her daughter). Yeah, I'll buy that.
As for the cocaine in Lindsay's pocket. Well that obviously wasn't hers. When she was asked by Access Hollywood if there was anything she wanted to tell people about her arrest, Lindsay emailed them to say:
Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy.
See, the cocaine wasn't Lindsay's. She's been through rehab, so she wouldn't take drugs. Lindsay is claiming that the pants she was wearing weren't hers. She didn't even know the cocaine was in the pocket. The cocaine belonged to the wearer of the pants!!! See, it's all just a big misunderstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!
What a great defense. It's the genius "my dog ate my homework" defense. Guaranteed to get you off everytime.
I'm really hoping that this is the defense that Lindsay uses at her trial!!! I'm betting her judge is just gonna eat that shit up. And then when the judge and the jury are done rolling around on the floor clutching their sides and screaming "stop, no more. You're too funny. You should star in an Adam Sandler movie" they're gonna sentence this mental bitch to some serious jail time.

Poor kid. She was marketed by her mom, and now she is trying to find her way...she should cut ties with her friends for a bit. They only take her to the places she is trying to rise out of. Of course, Lindsay could say no. It's a sad situation all the way around.

Aimzter - oh yeah, I had one of those experiences too. Those ciggies in my car were left by a friend of mine (who didn't smoke menthol, and the packet were Alpine's......but she decided to give menthol ciggies a go you see). So I totally buy your story!!
Marti - it actually is sad. Her mother is an A-grade bitch who only visited Lindsay in rehab when she took along tv cameras. She's totally screwed Lindsay up (not that it excuses what Lindsay has done). But she needs to get her family and friends out of her life if she has a hope of cleaning herself up.
