Lindsay Lohan Charged with DUI

Damn, don't you hate it, when you're sick and out of commission and Lindsay Lohan goes and does something monumentally stupid and you miss out on it? Damn.
Anyway, I know it's already old news, but in the early hours of Saturday morning Lindsay was involved in a car accident that resulted in minor injuries for Lindsay and a passenger, and ended with Lindsay being charged with DUI. A useable amount of cocaine was also found in the car.
Here's a timeline of Lindsay's evening, according to the good folks at X17 Online.
Lindsay was at a party held by Koi restauranteur Nick Hawk's. Around 2am, a fight broke out (presumably involving Lindsay). Linday stormed off to her car, while her bodyguard Jaz was left to deal with the aftermath of the fight. Lindsay was then driven to her personal residence (apparently).
At 5am, at Lindsay's place in Beverley Hills, Lindsay's alleged lesbian lover, Sam Ronson is seen storming away from the building, with Lindsay in hot pursuit. When Lindsay catches up to Samantha, they begin arguing. A photographer overhears Lindsay yelling at Sam "you fucking lesbian bitch". The fight ends with Lindsay, Samantha and an unidentified male friend hoping into Lindsay's Mercedes SL65 AMG convertible and speeding off down Sunset Boulevard.
Then, apparently while trying make a turn onto Foothill Rd Lindsay drives up onto the curb and into some hedges, damaging her car and causing minor injuries to herself and one of the passengers.
Lindsay calls her bodyguard Jaz to come and pick up Lindsay's car. Jaz arrives in his Mercedes. He then drives Lindsay's battered car away from the scene, and while one of Lindsay's passengers drives his car.
It's believed that Lindsay and her passengers, and bodyguard then went back to Lindsay's home before heading to the hospital to check out their injuries.
Lindsay has been cited on a misdemeanor DUI charge. However, since then, the police announced that they had found cocaine in the car. Oops, guess the faithful bodyguard didn't think to remove Lindsay's coke stash out of the car!
Because Lindsay was in hospital when the police tracked her down, she wasn't arrested. She'll have to face court over the charges.
Not surprisingly, apparently Svedka Vodka (who I mentioned on Friday were sponsoring Lindsay's 21st birthday) has cancelled their sponsorship arrangement of Lindsay's birthday party.
And in true Lohan family tradition, Linday's parents are acting anything but parental! Lindsay's estranged fatherMichael Lohan gave an exclusive statement to X17 Online.
Lindsay needs to find God, get better, clean house and start all over again with the people who were there for her at the beginning: her family. Too many people are around Lindsay for the wrong reasons. They want to see what they can get from her instead of caring about Lindsay herself. I’m her father. I don’t want anything from her but her love and to be her father first. I’m here for Lindsay as a father and a father only.
And it’s about time that her mother Dina stop building up the walls of division between myself and my children—especially Lindsay. And if Dina really cares about out children--especially Lindsay-- then she should do the right thing so we can both be there as parents. Because what Lindsay needs are both parents. I wish Dina would put things aside and act the way God wants us to: right the wrongs and not
compound the wrongs.
I hope Lindsay finally gets the help that she needs. I want her to know that her Daddy is here for her.

Personally, I think Lindsay should have divorced both parents at birth!!!

I know, that makes me angry too. You know what would be good though? If they put Lindsay and Paris in a cell together for a month. Those two hate each other. Non-stop bitch fights. You could sell that on pay per view!
