Lindsay Has A Lot to be Thankful For
November 16th 2007 05:53
It's almost thanksgiving in the US. And this year, Lindsay Lohan has A LOT to be thankful for.
There's the fact that she's been caught Driving Under the Influence.....twice now and hasn't killed anyone. She's been arrested for felony possession of drugs as well as those DUI's. And Lindsay got for her trouble was 10 days community service and 24 hrs in jail.
Hoping to get her jail time over as quickly as possible, Lindsay presented herself at Lynwood Detention Facility yesterday at 10:30am. She was booked in, finger printed and her mugshot taken.
Then she was released at 11:54am.
Yes, that's right folks. For having 2 DUI convictions and being caught both times with cocaine. Lindsay got to serve 84 minutes in jail. Wow, that'll teach her a lesson, won't it. Nothing says "you can't get away with breaking the law" like 84 minutes in jail!!!
Well, I guess she served 4 minutes more jail time than Nicole Richie, who had to spend 80 minutes in jail after pleading guilty to driving while under the influence of drugs.
Of course, Nicole and Lindsay both only served 0.3% of the sentence that Paris Hilton served for driving while her licence was suspended. That seems fair huh........

QUOTE ME NO QUOTES!
Then, it would be an unjustly harsh sentence, surely?
I also wonder whether any of them got confused when they heard the word "sentence?" They may have thought they were being sent to study english grammar...ok...so my wit has dried up...for now...
