K-Fed to Challenge Divorce Proceedings

Kevin Federline is set to challenge Britney Spears in court. In divorce papers served by Britney she waived her right to spousal support and is seeking full custody of the couple's two children.
Kevin however is determined not to go down without a fight, and is seeking full custody of the children instead and asking for spousal support. Given that Kev left his previous girlfriend Shar while she was pregnant, left Britney three weeks after she gave birth to Jayden to party in Vegas and is rarely ever seen with any of his kids, I think it's safe to assume that seeking custody of the kids is a ploy to get more cash out of Britney! However, as Britney has been the sole-provider to the family during the marriage, and certainly appears to be the only care-giver in the family, you'd have to think it's unlikely any judge would even seriously consider the request (but then, a jury did find OJ innocent....so you can't rule out anything!).
Prior to marrying Brit, Kev signed a pre-nup (which by all accounts is iron clad). According to the pre-nup he will only get $30,000 per month for half the length of their marriage (so approx $360K). $360K might not sound bad, but given that he's been living the high life for the last 2 years, that money won't last long. There's also the possibility that he'll have to give back his Ferrari 360 as it was a gift from Britney and under the terms of the pre-nup any gifts worth over $10,000 go back to the gift giver. Ouch Kev!!!!
Obviously, he's hoping that by asking for custody of their children that Britney will offer him more money to go away.
On the other count of asking for spousal support.....that's easy to understand. He's been living off Britney for the last couple years......and given that his recording career is doing so terribly well at the moment, it's understandable that he wants her to keep financing his lifestyle.
Good luck Kev. And Britney, you may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but making Kev sign that pre-nup could well be the smartest thing you've ever done (bet Paul McCartney was wishing he'd been as smart as you right about now).
