K-Fed's Album.....The Reviews Have Started Coming In.
November 8th 2006 04:29
I thought, while we're on the subject of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, that I'd take the opportunity to kick Kev while he's down.
As most of you probably know, Kevin released his debut album, Playing With Fire on October 31, and the reviews have started to flow in.
One reviewer, Ron Harris, felt that Kev's album was "a credible, entertaining debut". Others however, haven't been so kind.
The good folks at All Music Guide felt that not only was Kev's album bad, which we all knew it was going to be, it was "bad in an uninteresting way; it's as dull and predictable as it's title".
Slant Magazine claim that the album is as disposable and dumb as you'd expect.
And the bad news doesn't stop there for Kevin, with tickets for his Playing With Fire concerts hardly selling at all. In San Diego, tickets to Kev's show are being offered at two for one, and a further two concerts have been cancelled in other cities (even though tickets are only about $15 each).
I kind of feel bad for Kev. But when you consider that the only way Kev managed to create his own record label to produce the album was because he was Mr Britney Spears...........I don't feel that bad.
