Britney & K-Fed's Custody Battle Starts to Heat Up

Who will get custody of the kids??
Last week, K-Fed filed papers requesting a 70/30 child custody split (with him getting 70% custody). Then over the weekend, Britney's former assistant and friend Alli Sims was served. Kev's lawyers want to take Alli's deposition about Britney's parenting skills.
According to the folks at TMZ though, K-Fed is motivated by money rather than concern for the kids. TMZ are claiming that while Alli received a deposition notice, Britney only received notices related to financial matters. Extra custody means extra cash for K-Fed.
Kevin's lawyer however, wants us to believe that Kevin's only concern is for the kids. His lawyer told TV Extra
“Kevin is very serious about the case he’s filed.” He continued, “I can tell you that we believe she [Alli] has been around the environment where the kids are…she’s been around and witness to many things. The deposition subpoena requires her to be cross examined by me in front of the court reporter and that’s just one step in preparing our case.”
Regardless of whether K-Fed's motives are pure or financially driven, Britney better watch out. Her recent bad publicity won't help her. And Alli being truthful about her parenting skills, isn't going to help either. So to escape from the pressure, Britney went out partying this weekend! She's either not worried.....or too stupid to be worried (I'm going for the latter option!).
That may not be Britney's only legal woe. Last week, Britney ran into another car as she tried to park her Mercedes in a carpark. Despite that fact that she had a throng of paparazzi around her photographing and fiming her, Britney checked her own car for damage and then left. Without leaving any of her details for the person that she hit.
Could she be any more stupid? There's photographic evidence of her hitting the car! The owner of the car has said that she was shocked that Britney didn't bother to contact her about the accident and has since filed a police report.
Brit, Brit, Brit. You live in the US. The land of easy civil litigation. Girlfriend you are just asking to get sued for hitting that womans car and not leaving any details. Are you a complete moron????
Guess we'll just have to wait and see who ends up with custody of the kids. At this stage, you'd have to assume that Kevin Federline is ahead on points in the 'good parenting' stakes. At this point, Britney Spears is ranked only slightly lower than Pete Doherty!!

But you're right - she has certainly not done herself any favours with her behaviour over the last couple of years.
Maybe she should get the one that looks like her and he can have the one that looks like him.

The guy is a loser who has turned "nice guy" now he has "people" who are paying for PR with Brits money...so they can have more of her money...when he gets the kids
Hopefully people will see through it,,,,no wonder the girl is going CRAZY....that would drive a sane person Mad......but then again she did fire her manager.....will someone please get her some people at least a little better than K-feds for the sake of those kids......

I've always been a hater of K-Fed. But honestly, since their divorce I've actually been impresed with him. He's obviously a bit smarter than I originally thought. Laying low and let Britney go mental and make him look like the good guy. Heck, he barely needed to do anything to get good PR......just be less mental than his ex-wife. Which lets face it, isn't hard!
I personally think that Britney is one of the dumbest human beings on the planet.
Basically there's no hope for these kids. Their parents are trailer trash. And despite their mothers money, it's likely these poor kids will be trailer trash too.
