The Hilton Name Sullied Again

How will the Hilton's cope with the shame? They should have stuck to daughters - they're so well behaved

I don't know how poor Paris and Nikki Hilton will hold their heads high in public after their little brother Barron bought untold shame to the Hilton family by being arrested for Driving Under the Influence this week!!!

The 18 year old was charged after swerving his Mercedes and crashing into a gas station! Not only did he have a blood alcohol level of 0.14, he was also driving with a fake licence.

Aparently Barron called Paris to post his $20,000 bail, but was told that she wasn't going to do and that "he was going to learn his lesson."

Good old responsible Paris. She really is a role model for teens everywhere. Meanwhile Barron should take a long hard look at the way that he has sulllied the pristine Hilton name. Shameful really.

If you can't be bothered actually getting yourself a licence, then you REALLY shouldn't drive a car, especially after you've attempted to ingest your body weight in alcohol right before jumping behind the wheel. F**king dumbass.

I agree with Harry, but I think that alcohol and spoilt rich kids have both had their part to play, killing off those neurons. Especially in the young.

i wonder what the original hilton barons would make of their descendants? surely, they must be thinking twice about giving up their wealth to subsequent generations if they new how much the hiltons 2k8 suck!

Katyzzz - sometimes too much cash can be dangerous for a teenager.

Stanley - I'm sure they're rolling in their graves. Imagine building up a fortune from nothing only to see morons like the current Hiltons spending it these days!

Damo - Unfortunately the Britney Squad has commandeered police from the Hilton Squad to help out. Obviously that wasn't such a good idea!

Louie - I agree. I always caught a cab and I was earning about $130 a week. So surely these kids worth millions can take a bloody cab!

Kylie, I think young Hilton here still has a fair way to go before living up to his older sister's shame. But that doesn't excuse his stupidity. As Harry said, this generation's Hiltons seemed to have been born without brains - but they make up for it in their family's money though.

I heard that his parents weren't willing to bail him out either. I feel a tad sorry for him really, since the parents made such a big deal over looking after Paris in a similar situation - it's a real double standard. Then I remember what he did to actually be arrested, and any sympathy I had just vanishes...

Nina - I feel a bit sorry for him too. After all he hasn't done anything his big sisters haven't done. But you're right, the sympathy vanishes when you remember he was drink driving

I think they do it for publicity. Whether good news or bad news, it's still news. Paris owns a record company, shoe company, does films, models, parties for 250,000 a night all over the world. I think she is smarter than meets the eye, and she markets herself well. I may not like the message she sends out to young girls, but the fact is she makes her money doing the things that she does. Some people like her, some people don't, but I don't know about you anytime I hear her name, I'm always curious to see what she has done next.
