Gwyneth Paltrow Was Depressed
April 17th 2008 07:17
Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed to Us Magazine that she suffered from post natal depression after the birth of her second child, son Moses.
Paltrow tells Us that she "didn't know I had it until it was over", saying that she felt very disconnected and 'out of body'. According to Gwyneth, she just felt "really down" and "pessimistic".
Perhaps Gwyneth's revelations will give other new mum's suffering from the same disorder hope and reminds us that anyone can suffer. Being rich and famous is no guarantee.
Of course, if anyone in the Paltrow family deserves to be depressed, surely it's poor Apple and Moses.........everytime they think about what a nightmare school is going to be with such dumbass names!
I for one though, am very glad that Gwyneth has recovered from her depression. Instead of seeing photo's of her looking glum (above), perhaps we'll start seeing the Gwyneth that we remember from happier times............
