Bruce Willis Is Finally A Star

Bruce Willis FINALLY received his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in LA.
I can't believe that he's only just received his star! When you consider that Die Hard (my all-time favourite xmas movie) was released in 1988. 18 years ago he uttered one of the most famous movie lines in history. I'm talking of course about "yippee kayay mother f@#ker". They should have given Bruce his own star the minute that film was finished! And if you weren't going to give him his star in the 90's, then surely he deserved it after his big come-back movie, The Sixth Sense???? What was the committee who hands out these stars thinging?
Just to put it into context for you, here's a list of some of the people who got their stars before Bruce:
- Paula Abdul - The woman had 1 good album, had an eating disorder and then subjected us to American Idol? What the hell did she deserve a star for?
- Pat Morita - Yes, the karate teacher from the Karate Kid movies has his own star!!
- Destiny's Child - Huh??? Forget the fact that I hate Beyonce for a minute and remember that they've been around for 5 minutes.....Bruce has been round for 20 yrs!!!
- Kirstie Alley - No way did she deserve a star before Bruce.
- Wesley Snipes - Hey, I love Wesley, but c'mon Bruce should have gotten a star way before Wesley.
- Ryan Seacrest - Yes, the host of American Idol. Even I can't believe this, but I promise you, he has a star. Why??????????????????????
- Don Johnson - Huh???????????????????????? Okay, Miami Vice was cool in it's day...but did he do anything after that? Unless you count marrying Melanie Griffith a couple of times, then the answer is No.
I think you'll agree that Bruce was long overdue for a star. Who'll be next to get a star???

The 'star-giving' community should have a list so 'up and comers' can't jump the line and should be forced to wait their turn while the credible old timers be given their proper homage.

Bruce Willis is probably my favourite 'Hollywood' actor. I think it was in The Last Boy Scout that he
uttered that famous line.
Also, I was unaware that Wesly Snipes had a star? Did you see there is now a warrant out for his
arrest for tax fraud. Its quite serious and he faces a prison sentence! He better hope he remembers
all that training for Blade...
