It's Official - Britney is Divorcing K-Fed!

Britney Spears has finally filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Kevin Federline, on the grounds of irreconcilable differences.

According to the documents, Britney will seek custody of their two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

The divorce hardly comes as a surprise, with rumours of marriage troubles ever since Britney was pregnant with their first child.

There were even stories that Brit's record label had urged her to divorce Kevin after the birth of Sean Preston as her image had been severely damaged by the marriage to her former back-up singer. When you compare the pics of the sexy popette before her marriage and then many pics of her looking like a guest on the Jerry Springer show, the record labels worries may be justified.

Yeah, Kev was definitely dragging her down. I reckon she's got a tough road ahead of her. She's become a bit of a joke, which is a bit sad. Hopefully she'll do a kick-ass album and reinvent herself (I can't believe I just used the words kick-ass album and Britney Spears in the same paragraph!!! But I hope for her sake things go well).

Yeah, I'm not a fan of her music (though, I must admit, my sister does have her greatest hits cd, and I have danced about my lounge room to it while I'm cleaning.....but shhhh, don't tell anyone!).

I can't see Kev's album being any good at all. He's just gross....urrgghhhh.

Knew I could trust you not to blab! : )

Na, I didn't go to the cup. Actually, I've never been to a Melbourne Cup. I usually go to Derby Day and sometimes Oaks Day as well.....but because Cup day usually has the biggest crowds of all, I steer clear of it.

It was too bloody cold yesterday anyway. Instead I went and did some shopping. I did watch the race though. Spewing Damien Oliver didn't win. He's my favouritest!
