The End of the Anna Nicole Circus? Not likely!

Anna Nicole Smith

We all know of the circus that has ensued since Anna Nicole died. About 75 people have come forward to claim paternity of her daughter Dannielynn (okay, so it was only 5, but given one of them is a guy who's been dead for a decade, I'm allowed to exaggerate!), Anna Nicole's mother wants Daniel's body dug up from his Bahama's grave and returned to Texas along with Anna Nicole's body. Howard believes that Anna Nicole wanted to be buried in the Bahama's next to Daniel. I mean for christ sakes, when was the last time there had to be a court hearing to award custody of a dead body????

In case you weren't aware 4 parties were fighting for custody of Anna Nicole's body: Howard K Stern, Larry Birkhead, Virgie Arthur and Dannielynn Smith.

However, while it's no real surprise that the people involved in this case seem as crazy as Anna Nicole was, you'd think that at least the judge appointed to oversee the custody hearing for Anna Nicole's body would at least be normal right? Weeeellllllll.............may be not.

Today, the judge gave his decision and awarded custody of Anna Nicole's body to the lawyer appointed to represent Dannielynn. As Anna Nicole's heir, the decision probably isn't that surprising.

What is surprising is the judge's emotional breakdown when giving his verdict!!!!!!!!

C'mon dude, honestly crying as you hand down this verdict???? This has been the most ridiculous proceeding since the OJ Trial. Unless you're crying over the credibility the courts have lost over this hearing, then please keep the tears to yourself!

Did you hear though that he's retiring soon and actually wants to get into television - REALLY BADLY!

Going by the performance in the court this morning...... well let's just say the judge had a vested interest in his own performance by the sounds of it.

I thought the judge was crying from the pain of trying to repress his laughter at the whole circus.

No doubt Her final resting place will become a shrine, as acolytes trek from the four corners to leave offerings of diet drinks and pain pills at Her grave site.

We haven't yet heard the last of the Bimbo from Beyond the Grave...

Francis - I fear that you are totally correct and it will be many many years before the carnival settles!

Perhaps a 'shooting gallery' or methadone clinic could be set up by her grave site as a memorial to her??? Oh god, that's in bad taste!!!

I am Actually getting a little annoyed at this whole ordeal, i know that there Isnt a true saying of how anna died, but how can people really read into this so much, its sad when i die i sure as hell know people arent going to close of roads for me or anything of that sort, the poor girl is dead, non exsisting anymore, lets all just move on.
