Apparently there's no better way to unwind after a night of Academy Awards partying than by sucking on a well-rolled spliff (so I've heard......I of course, have never inhaled...).

Of course, the girls could all just be smoking hand-rolled cigarettes...........

Oscars After Parties - Vanity Fair

The actual Academy Awards ceremony is only the beginning of a big night of partying for the celeb's. Once the awards are presented, then it's on to the serious business of after-parties.

One of the most popular after-parties is the Vanity Fair bash. There were plenty of celeb's on hand for the bash.

And what is Will-i-am from the Black Eyed Peas doing with this group? He's the only one of them with any musical credibility.....and if he wants to keep it, he'll stay far away from the other 3!

The End of the Anna Nicole Circus? Not likely!

We all know of the circus that has ensued since Anna Nicole died. About 75 people have come forward to claim paternity of her daughter Dannielynn (okay, so it was only 5, but given one of them is a guy who's been dead for a decade, I'm allowed to exaggerate!), Anna Nicole's mother wants Daniel's body dug up from his Bahama's grave and returned to Texas along with Anna Nicole's body. Howard believes that Anna Nicole wanted to be buried in the Bahama's next to Daniel. I mean for christ sakes, when was the last time there had to be a court hearing to award custody of a dead body????

In case you weren't aware 4 parties were fighting for custody of Anna Nicole's body: Howard K Stern, Larry Birkhead, Virgie Arthur and Dannielynn Smith

Kelly Osbourne has revealed that a member of her family is HIV positive.

Kelly told the audience at an HIV benefit concert in London that the cause was particularly close to her heart as a member of her family had been diagnosed with the virus. Kelly told the audience "This charity is really important to me because one of my family is HIV positive. And I am so, so proud of him." An emotional Kelly then apparently left the stage sobbing

Anna Nicole Smith's life was extremely crazy, and it seems like her death is going to be equally bizarre! Here's just a few of the events that have occured since her death.

1. According to the New York Daily News a bouncer from the hotel that Anna Nicole was staying at said that Anna Nicole was completely wasted during her stay at the hotel. It's reported that the former playmate was drinking heavily and would then go back to her hotel room which was stocked like a pharmacy. No illegal drugs were found in the hotel room. There was however valium and methadone that had been prescribed to Howard K. Stern (remember that methadone was found in Daniel's system at the time of his death

Britney is probably rethinking her decision to have a fling (I won't call it a relationship because they were seeing each other for about 5 seconds) with an unknown, and more importantly non-cashed up model after the ex sold his story to the UK's News of the Worldfor $10,000.

For about a week or so earlier in the month, Britney was sleeping with an unknown model by the name of Isaac Cohen. While their relationship was very shortlived, it appears that Isaac has made the most of it

We all know Tyra Banks stacked on some pounds recently and has been called fat in just about every gossip magazine going round. So our favourite nutcase-former model-talk show host decided to address this on an episode of her show.

Here's the video. What she says really makes complete sense. Except of course, she's obviously dropped some of the weight she was carrying, cos she's definitely thinner than when those photos were taken. And lets remember that this is the host of America's Next Top Model. Now if one of the contestants on that show was the size that she is in those pictures, I'm pretty sure Tyra would tell her to lose some weight

Junkie rocker and all round train wreck, Pete Doherty, has checked himself into rehab once again yesterday after pictures surfaced of him shooting himself up with coke in Thailand earlier this year.

Girlfriend Kate Moss, took Pete back to rehab yesterday where they both checked in under false names. The Capio Nightingale facility that Pete is checked into is near Kate's home and she'll be joining Pete for therapy sessions. Kate has apparently told pals that she is determined to support Doherty and help him come off drugs
